Astounding Apparel is a Tampa, Florida based company that specializes in the garment decorating industry. Founded as a sewing shop over 26 years ago, we quickly found ourselves to be the premiere embroidery shop in South Tampa. A lot has changed since our early beginnings, including the addition of more embroidery machines, digital printers and our brand new rhinestone setting machine. We are one of the only companies in the entire United States that offers these 3 services all under one roof.

Q: Are there any minimums on any of your services?
A: No. We are happy to complete an order of any size. In fact, we are one of the only companies in the world that can offer no minimums on Embroidery, Digital Printing and Rhinestones.
Q: How will you ship my order?
A: All orders ship via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Furthermore, a tracking number can be provided upon request.
Q: Are your products guaranteed?
A: Yes. If you receive a garment that does not meet your expectations, we will replace the item once we receive the defective item back (within 30 days).
Q: How long will it take to get my items?
A: We ask that you allow for a 10 business day turn around to complete your items. Shipping times may vary based on your location. However, it is not uncommon for us to complete your order in a shorter period of time. If you need rush service, please contact us.
Q: How much do your items cost?
A: Since Astounding Apparel offers such a wide range of services, the best way to get pricing for your order is to either request a quote or contact us.
Q: Will you save my design for future orders?
A: Yes. All of our designs are saved under your original order number and kept on file indefinitely for future orders.
Q: Can you design a logo that uses more than one decorating option?
A: Absolutely. One of the things that sets us aside from other apparel companies is that we can incorporate 1, 2 or 3 of our services to make you a completely custom garment that you can call your own.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We happily accept cash, check, VISA and Mastercard.
Q: How does the order process work?
A: Either contact us or request a quote to begin your order. Once we receive your artwork, approval of our final proof and payment information we will place your job in our production queue. And that's it; you'll soon be enjoying your very own custom garments.
Q: Can you create a logo for me?
A: Yes. We have artists on hand to create any logo you can come up with. Want to incorporate a family member's picture into an amazing logo for a gift? No problem. Just upload your picture and your idea and we'll put it together for you for a small fee.
